Refund & Cancellation

Because every board is handcrafted with fresh ingredients purchased for your specific event, cancellations affect us differently than a typical retail order. The guidelines below help us plan and keep our pricing fair to everyone.

Deposits

Grazing tables, weddings, and orders over $250 require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to hold the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Cancellations

• More than 7 days before the event — full refund of any payments beyond the deposit.
• 3–7 days before the event — 50% refund of the total order.
• Less than 72 hours — no refund; we've already sourced ingredients.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is complimentary if requested more than 7 days out and is subject to availability. Weather-related reschedules are always accommodated when possible.
